TMZ has learned … Tiger Woods will be a single man by the end of day tomorrow … and he ain’t payin’ anywhere close to $750 mil.

Sources connected with the golfer tell TMZ his divorce from Elin Nordegren is a done deal, except for the official filing with the court.

We’re told Elin will not get near the reported $750 million in the settlement.  As one source put it, “Tiger isn’t even worth that much.” 

The source added, however, “She’ll do a lot better than she would have under the prenup.”

In May, 2009, Forbes estimated Tiger’s worth at $600 million.

Tiger Woods’ marriage may be in shambles but Elin Nordegren’s new home in Sweden is undergoing renovation– evidence that it may be the spot where Elin’s headed to rebuild her life.

As we previously reported, Tiger Woods‘ current wife picked up the $2 million home late last year — a home that could only be described as a dump, at best.

But now, new photos reveal that a major renovation is underway on the property — and we’re told the builders are trying to get everything done by the summer.

Tiger is scheduled to play the U.S. Open at the end of June — seems the only way Elin will be watching is if they get cable in Sweden.

Tiger Woods is currently in Georgia for his much-anticipated return to golf at The Masters, but as we previously reported, Elin chose not to join her lying, cheating husband!

Sources say Elin gave Tiger the cold shoulder when he left Florida on Sunday morning: “She did not even say goodbye to Tiger,” tells one insider.

Mother of God. We knew the ice had been thawing between Tiger Woods and his wife Elin, but weren’t prepared for a report of them – gasp! – kissing this week.

What’s next? Her letting him get to second base?

Tiger and Elin Woods were spotted smooching Monday for the first time in months, according to a “close source” Radar Online may have invented for all we know.

“They were hugging and they were kissing right out in the open,” an eyewitness told the site. “Elin is certainly a lot more relaxed these days and so is Tiger.”

Good to hear. “People in the neighborhood are getting used to seeing them together again,” the source adds. So does this mean it’s all water under the bridge?

OUT OF THE WOODS: It looks like Tiger finally is.

Time will tell. But they were arm-in-arm before the once-estranged spouses hugged and kissed openly. “They’ve come a long, long way,” the source said.

Elin agreed to move back home with Tiger at some point in the past week. She has not actually moved in yet as of now, although she is still planning to.

The Swedish stunner rented a house about a mile away from their home. And while she is still sleeping there, she and Tiger are spending time together.

That’s been the routine, at least in the short term, as he tries to win her back after undergoing rehab. For now, it looks like the couple’s divorce is off.

“Elin has not wanted to give up on the marriage,” says the source. “Plus, she still is in love with him, and always has been, after everything he’s done.”

We reported this earlier today but could not confirm it until now. Elin Nordegren Woods has agreed to return with Tiger Woods to their Isleworth home in Florida.

“I call them the divorced married couple,” says a People source who reported the news. “Elin knows Tiger has issues and is afraid to go near him romantically.”

“Because of the children and his need to return to golf, she’ll try to live in the house with a wall between them,” adds the source, also confirmed by other sites.

Of course, her motivation for moving back in is debatable.

“The marriage is smoke and mirrors, but Elin Woods will help Tiger rebuild his image and gain new sponsorships because this is what his life is about,” the source states. “She is doing this more for the kids and holding the family together.”

Insiders also say Woods will not return to golf until he is once again at the top of his game, which he isn’t, having been away from his daily routine for so long.

As for Elin, sources say if nothing else, she’s a key asset in the image damage control project after the Tiger Woods scandal and rebuilding his confidence.

“Elin will put a new face on platonic relationships,” a source speculates.

Agrees another: “What is really between them is of no interest to golf sponsors. The world’s perception of them as the perfect family is what they like to see.”

We’ve debated if sex rehab can help Tiger Woods salvage his marriage and be a better man. The latter is up for debate, but it seems to have done the former.

Despite his astounding string of sexual exploits, Tiger’s wife, Elin Nordegren, has called off any plans to divorce the world’s #1 golfer, according to reports.

Elin spent last week visiting Tiger in his sex addiction rehab program. Time and Tiger’s actions since the scandal broke prompted her not to file for divorce.

Sources say initially, Elin Woods made up her mind to dump her husband after he was linked to more countless mistresses and his secret life was revealed.

But Tiger has begged for a second chance, sought treatment to save his marriage with the help of sex addiction therapy and so far it seems to be working.

“He’s told her he’s serious about making it work and doing whatever he can,” the source said. “The stress has taken a big toll, but she’s a strong woman.”

Somehow, it looks like Tiger Woods’ marriage will survive.

A big reason for her eventual willingness to reconcile? Elin Woods, a child of divorce herself, doesn’t want to raise their two little children without a father.

“Elin wants a solid family life,” according to a Florida insider, and Tiger wants to hold onto his family and will do whatever it takes to make that happen.

Even go through a six-week counseling session in which he comes clean about all his dalliances – and then some – with his spouse right there with him.

Not that there are many secrets left, after Elin’s texting with Rachel Uchitel blew the lid off his affair and the tabloids uncovered another 11 mistresses.

“This is the rough part where the patient has to admit that he [cheated],” a former patient of the Mississippi clinic where Tiger is being treated says.

Elin Nordegren Woods, the scorned wife of disgraced golfer Tiger Woods, has decided to leave him after Christmas and is talking with a divorce lawyer.

That’s according to largely un-sourced tabloid reports coming out of the UK, and has not been confirmed by either Woods. But would you blame her?

Sources say Elin wants the holiday season to appear normal for the couple’s two children, Sam and Charlie, but will separate from Tiger shortly after.

Despite reports that Elin Woods moved out and is already back in her native Sweden, she remains in Central Florida with the two kids as of this posting.

Elin is said not to be in a huge rush to file divorce papers and that money is not a prime concern. Nor should it be, she’ll be getting plenty regardless.

“I’ll be taking the kids and a few hundred million, thanks.”

The revelation of Tiger Woods’ long list of mistresses caught her completely off guard and it’s a “raw” situation, according to friends of Elin Nordegren.

Amazing as it seems, Elin supposedly had no idea Tiger was cheating and the stress of the situation has caused her emotional and physical stress.

It also appears that Tiger, who just announced an indefinite break from golf, is in some type of counseling after Elin angrily insisted he see a therapist.

Will she stay with him? Should she stay with him? No matter how lucrative he makes the prenup, it’s hard to imagine her giving him a second chance.

Or, okay, she should could’ve seriously moved out. But personally, I prefer to think of Elin as a woman of poise, elegance and such unpredictable rage that you don’t even know what the **** hit you.
