Sarah Palin’s nemesis, nude model and her daughter’s former fake fiance Levi Johnston does not hold back when it comes to Alaska’s most famous family.
Recently, he weighed in on the former Vice Presidential candidate’s new reality show, saying it’s going to flop … compared to his own unnamed TV plans.
“Good for her but mine (show) is gonna beat it,” Johnston said at Perez Hilton’s birthday bash at LA’s Paramount lot. What is “his” show exactly? Unclear.
And unimportant, for the most part, since as long as Sarah Palin does anything, and someone asks Levi Johnston for comment, we will get funny clips …
I’MMA SMACK YOU: That’s what Sarah Palin’s thinking now, anyway …
Sarah Palin’s Alaska is about to make her the newest star of Discovery’s TLC network, joining the ranks of Jon Gosselin, Kat Von D, the Duggars, etc.
The “travelogue” about our 49th state is being executive produced by the former Alaska Governor herself along with reality TV kingpin Mark Burnett.
Whatever. Now if someone got Levi Johnston and Sarah Palin in the ring for some celebrity boxing on pay per view, that would be worth tuning in for.
Same goes for a Sarah Palin-Elisabeth Hasselbeck throwdown. For the time being, we’ll have to live with clips like this of Levi sort of taunting her …
A very reliable source tells PerezHilton.com that none other than Levi Johnston is planning on pitching his own Alaska-based reality show next week to compete with Sarah Palin‘s million dollar shit-show for Discovery!
$mart!
Apparently starting Monday, Levi will be “going to buyers, parking out front in an RV and taking meetings for an Alaska-based show.”
Apparently Levi Johnston is super serious about getting his acting career off the ground, and according to an insider, really working on “taking acting classes and honing his craft.”
HA HA.
That same insider is even claiming he’s turned down roles on shows like Desperate Housewives and True Blood!!
Yeah, we’d love to know who this mysterious ‘insider’ is!! Sounds like the Alaskan douchebag is trying to generate some buzz for himself, if you ask us!!
Luckily for the sanity of the world, a rep from ABC immediately denied they ever made Levi an offer, and the creator of True Blood, Alan Ball, had some pretty harsh words, as well:
“He was never offered a chance to be on the show, and he never will. We only hire actors.”
Ouch!
We guess it’s time he got that peen ready for Playgirl!! Nobody else is going to be cutting him a paycheck!!
Levi Johnston‘s gonna have to whip out another body party — or find some other way to make a quick $3,500 — because a judge just ordered him to pay even more cash to his baby mama Bristol Palin.
It’s kinda complicated — but the long story short is the judge in Alaska re-crunched a few numbers and determined the $18,000 in back child support payments that Bristol had requested from Levi was way too low.
So now, according to legal papers filed this week in Alaska, Levi is on the hook for $21,561.12.
We’re told that if Levi doesn’t fork over the cash in a timely manner — he could face some serious consequences … including serious fines and possible jail time.
It’s a good thing Levi Johnston posed for Playgirl: as a result, he should be able to actually support his son.
An Alaskan judge has sided with Bristol Palin and ordered Levi to pay $18,500 in back child support for 13-month-old son Tripp. The deadbeat father could have saved about $18,485 if he had just bought a pack of condoms back in the day.
Johnston must also shell out $1,688.42 per month in child support.
Their sham of an engagement over, Bristol and Levi have gone from making public appearances to support Sarah Palin’s political future to fighting it out in a courtroom.
“Bristol is pleased with the court rulings today and looks forward to resolving the remaining issues with Levi,” said lawyer Thomas Van Flein, one of the few family employees that has not resigned due to Sarah Palin’s selfish lunacy.
Bristol was present in the courtroom for the ruling. Johnston was not.
“I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi,” she said in a statement, citing Johnston’s $105,000 in 2009 earnings, versus his meager payments to her of $4,400.
Where will the pair go from here? Johnston might actually guest star on Desperate Housewives, while Bristol is booked for a hypocritical appearance on The Secret Life of an American Teenager. It’s an ironic title for a show on which she’ll cameo.
After all, Sarah Palin has gone out of her way to make sure Bristol’s life is anything but secret.
Levi Johnston recently offered a classic defense of his deadbeat dad status, essentially claiming he is a mere deadbeat – he’s got no cash to pay child support.
You need to have money and be withholding it to be a deadbeat dad, after all, and he says that’s not so. Baby mama Bristol Palin, however, is not buying it.
Taking time away from calling out Family Guy on Facebook, Bristol has subpoenaed CNN, Playgirl and others to prove Levi is a liar earning more than he says.
A lawyer for Sarah Palin’s daughter is scoffing at legal documents filed by Team Levi, which claim the teen he earned a mere pittance over the last few years.
Thus, he cannot pay the $1,688.42 a month in child support Bristol Palin seeks. We doubt that, and so does Bristol, who’s calling his bluff in a court of law.
The gloves are coming off in this hilarious family feud.
Palin’s lawyer issued subpoenas today to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine, and The National Enquirer to discern how much they paid.
What Team Bristol believes is a smoking gun is Johnston’s dubious claim in a court declaration that he made no more than $10,000 a year prior to last year, 2009.
But in the new docs, Palin’s lawyer attached Levi’s pay stub from 2008, showing that he raked in $18,594.50 from one employer – a construction company in Alaska.
If he lied about that, imagine what he’s lying about regarding the half-dozen celebrity gossip programs and publications listed above. Clearly they paid him a little.
Also, come on. Playgirl is no Playboy, but those Levi Johnston nudephoto spreads were big sellers! Surely he got a big ass advance or some royalties, right?
Britstol Palin apparently thinks her baby daddy, Levi Johnston, is a big fat liar … and she’s going to CNN and Playgirl to prove it.
The lawyer for Sarah Palin‘s kid is scoffing at legal docs filed by Levi’s lawyer — docs claiming Levi made but a pittance over the last few years and should not have to pay $1,688.42 a month in child support.
Levi says the best he’s done in the income department so far is last year — claiming he made approximately $101,000. Apparently Palin’s not buying it, because her lawyer issued subpoenas today to CNN, Playgirl, Entertainment Tonight, The Insider, Star Magazine, and National Enquirer, asking for hard figures on how much they paid Levi.
And there’s what Palin’s lawyer believes is a smoking gun. Levi claimed in legal docs that he made no more than $10,000 a year prior to 2009. But in the new docs, Palin’s lawyer attached Levi’s pay stub from 2008, showing he raked in $18,594.50 from one employer – a construction company in Alaska.
Levi Johnston has just fired back at his baby mama, Bristol Palin, and unlike grandma Sarah Palin, Levi didn’t need to write crib notes on his hand.
Levi is responding to Bristol’s demand for $1,750 a month in child support. In his opposing legal papers, Levi’s lawyer, Rex Butler, says Levi’s income is “erratic.” Bristol claims that Levi raked in more than $105,000 in 2009. But attorney Butler says, prior to 2009, Levi never made more than $10,000 a year.
In the legal docs, Johnston agrees to pay 20% of his adjusted 2009 income — though he doesn’t say exactly how much he made. He also agrees to file quarterly income reports. In his declaration, Levi says in 2010, his only contractual guarantee for income is $25,000 plus “some contingencies based on my Playgirl shoot.” He says he doesn’t see how it’s possible to pay $1,750 a month in child support.
And there’s this. According to the docs, “Levi Johnston stands before this court as a 19-year-old with good hopeful for an entertainment career but the chances of increased income are as unknowable as it would be for any young person working his way into the entertainment industry: not particularly good.”
Hunky unwed baby daddy Levi Johnston is speaking out against claims by Bristol Palin that he is neglecting to support their one-year-old son Tripp.
Levi is “baffled” at Bristol’s demand for child support, as he’s offered her some money in the past but she hasn’t taken it, according to his lawyer.
Attorney Rex Butler says Levi has told Bristol on several occasions he wanted her to come to his house to pick up checks for Tripp’s child support.
Butler says Levi also told her “it would be nice” if she brought Tripp along when she picked them up, as Levi wanted to spend time with his son.
On each occasion, Bristol Palin was a no-show.
Thus, Team Levi says Bristol is to blame for not getting the support she wants, as he was prepared to hand over $3,000 but Bristol never showed.
As for why Levi Johnston didn’t just put the check in the mail, the attorney responded, “Why should he have to do that. He’s not dangerous to her.”
Bristol filed for $1,750 a month in child support last week from Levi, claiming he’s only paid $4,400 since Tripp was born in late December 2008.
Levi’s manager says he has forked over more than $10,000. His camp wouldn’t say what Levi made in ’09, but they say much less than $250,000.
Lastly, Butler says Bristol’s been driving around in a $60,000 Cadillac Escalade that he believes Sarah Palin bought … and he thinks none other than the former Alaska Governor is controlling Bristol and is behind the latest legal move.
Court documents were filed by Bristol’s lawyer Wednesday in Alaska, demanding $1,750 a month in child support from Levi, retroactive to the birth of son Tripp on December 27, 2008.
According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Bristol believes Levi has pulled in “in excess of $105,000 in 2009 through various media interviews and modeling related activities.”
Bristol says in her sworn statement, “I have received limited and sporadic financial assistance from Levi.” Bristol says Levi has forked over only $4,400 over the 13 months of Tripp’s life — $3,000 on September 9, 2009, $1,400 on December 19.
Bristol’s request is for temporary support, pending a permanent child support order.
