Sources connected with Oksana Grigorieva tell TMZ they are “outraged” by the claim that her injuries were “self-inflicted,” calling the allegation “absurd and disgusting.”
Oksana Grigorieva‘s spokesperson is lashing out at Mel Gibson‘s camp, claiming his client is the victim of a smear campaign.
Mel Gibson‘s lawyers have filed legal papers in their custody war, asking the judge to hold Oksana Grigorieva in contempt.
Sources tell us the Order to Show Cause (the contempt papers) claims Oksana is responsible for leaking the secretly-recorded tapes of Mel’s rants during their nuclear arguments. The judge in the custody case issued a restraining order against Oksana late last month, prohibiting her from leaking the tapes. Mel & Co. believe Oksana sold the tapes for big bucks.
We’ve also learned Mel’s lawyers have filed legal papers asking Judge Scott Gordon to issue an order allowing them to search Oksana’s computer and iPhone for emails and text messages showing communications related to the sale of the tapes. We’ve learned another judge has already rejected that motion, but it has now been renewed before Judge Gordon.
The bitter feud between Mel Gibson and former lover, Oksana Grigorieva that went from bad to worse in a short series of leaks, has now reached ‘OMG!’
Having already insulted Jewish people and those who are black, this time Mel focused his bile on Latinos. It seems one of the staff at his Malbu mansion is of Mexican birth, and Mel questions her status.
“I will report her to the f—–g people that take f—–g money from the wetbacks,” he tells Oksana in the latest recording to be leaked in their feud.
‘Wetbacks’ is an insult used against Mexicans, some of whom swam the Rio Grande decades ago to enter Texas without any papers.
So Mel was threatening to report the staff member to Immigration. But as her employer that’s a really dumb move.
This latest outburst comes only days after Mel’s last unwise tirade against Oksana, in which he called her a pig, threatened to burn down the house, and even used what’s now called ‘the N-word.’
But earlier this week a new tape emerged in which Mel admits striking Oksana, and the syntax is telling:
“What kind of a man is that who would hit a woman when she is holding a child, hitting her twice in the face?” a teary Oksana asks Mel. “What kind of a man is that?” she repeats, according to Radar.

Mel then responds, “You know what — you f—–g deserved it.”
After insulting the Jews in 2006 Mel released an apology, and even did rehab. But he has yet to admit any guilt in this case. The pair have now swapped restraining orders, and the rest is up to the courts.

The newly released tapes have Mel Gibson admitting that he hit Oksana twice while she was holding their infant daughter, Lucia.
“What kind of a man is that who would hit a woman when she is holding a child in her hands, hitting her twice in the face? What kind of a man is that?” Oksana says in the recording.
Mel’s response: “You know what? You f**cking deserved it.”
Wow! Oksana recently claimed he punched her in the face, giving her a concussion and knocking her teeth out during a January 6 argument. Mel admitted they argued but denied hitting her.
Mel Gibson has been caught making racist remarks about blacks and Jews, and now he is caught on tape making a bigoted remark about Hispanics.
Mel referred to one of his staffers as a “wetback,” Radaronline.com reports.
“I will report her to the f**king people that take f**king money from the wetbacks,” he said.
Mel seems to be a real sweatheart, huh?
Realizing it’s time to build on his groundbreaking, anti-Semitic “Sugar Tits” rant, Mel Gibson reportedly went on a racial tirade while arguing with his ex Oksana Grigorieva about her appearance. As threatened last week, she happened to be taping the entire thing and just now released/sold the recordings to RadarOnline. Apparently Mel has heard the tapes and now his attorney will only answer questions through a publicist:
“You’re an embarrassment to me,” Mel tells her at one point.
“You look like a f***ing pig in heat, and if you get raped by a pack of n***ers, it will be your fault.”
Mel’s attorney told RadarOnline.com that he is no longer commenting on the case and said Mel’s publicist is the only Mel official who will speak for him.
Mel’s profane outbursts are littered with references to Oksana being a “whore” and “c**t”.
In another tirade, Mel tells Oksana: “How dare you act like such a bitch when I have been so f**king nice.”
He warns, “I am going to come and burn the f**king house down… but you will blow me first.”
Anyone wonder if he actually got the beeje? I mean, playing the arson card? That’s practically genius. I’m writing that one down.
Oh, right, the racial stuff. Watch out, Mel Gibson’s a bigot, everybody! Alert the White House and Parliament and so on and so forth. (Anyone have a pen?)

In 2006, the actor famously unleashed an anti-Semitic tirade during his DUI arrest a few years ago. Now the Lethal Weapon star may be in even more trouble after allegedly being taped while using the N-word and spewing a lot of other horrible things.

The L.A. Chapter of the NAACP just reacted to Mel Gibson using the “N” word in an explosive fight with Oksana Grigorieva … calling Mel “an out of date and out of control racist.”
Leon Jenkins, President of the L.A. NAACP tells TMZ it’s unfortunate a man “who has made his millions off of women, African-Americans and Jews harbor such racist, sexist, and anti-semitic feeling against people who have admired and respected him for decades.”
Jenkins says “An apology is insufficent given his history of racism, sexism and anti-semitism.” Jenkins adds, “No amount of words will change his image as an out of date and out of control racist.”
Jenkins does end, however, with this: “Only a sustained period of positive acts can his legacy be redeemed.”
Mel Gibson‘s lawyer claims the actor has opened his wallet to Oksana Grigorieva since their baby was born, but now that she’s allegedly breached their custody agreement Mel’s gonna get a little stingier.
Mel’s lawyer, Stephen Kolodny, tells TMZ Mel has opened the bank vault for Oksana … putting her up in a multi-million dollar house, buying her a car, providing health insurance and “giving Oksana tens of thousands of dollars to support her and Lucia over the past months.”
Kolodny says Mel has gone far above and beyond what’s required of him under a support and custody agreement the former couple reached in mediation.
But now, Kolodny claims Oksana has violated the agreement by refusing to let Mel see their daughter on Father’s Day, Mel is only going to pay Oksana what they agreed to in mediation and not a penny more.
Kolodny wouldn’t say how much Oksana is legally entitled to under mediation, but sources tell us it’s “well over $10,000 a month.”
Sources connected to Oksana tell a radically different story … claiming Mel hasn’t paid any support since they split.
Things are getting severely OUT OF CONTROL between Mel Gibson and Oskana Grigorieva.
We earlier reported that sources close to Mel claimed that Oksana was the violent one, shaking their baby daughter Lucia during an argument with Mel.
However, a source close to Oksana says that “Mel and his camp are spinning the facts in a desperate attempt to protect his reputation.”
In fact, according to insiders, Mel’s baby shaking story is completely false and Oksana’s people allege that “She tried to protect the baby during one of Gibson’s violent episodes when he punched Oksana in the face two times, breaking her teeth and giving her a concussion.”
They add:
“She tried to protect his reputation, depsite her fears of him and his verbal and physical abuse. She regrets having believed in his empty promises to obtain professional help to control his violent nature.”
Oksana’s attorneys have not commented on the case yet, however they did say:
“The true facts will be brought out in a court of law. Oksana will continue to abide by the ethical obligations and rules arising from a confidential paternity action and will let the court decide the issue in this matter.”
